We have chosen to practice the more discrete form of business brokerage. This means that we always find the buyer/seller directly and not by notice. We never advertise who is for sale or who is the presumed buyer.

About Laursen Partner

I founded Laursen Partners in 2014 based on my solid knowledge of the transport industry. I have during a period of more than 20 years been educated and worked within the freight forwarding and shipping industry, both in Denmark and abroad. Among others I have been working for companies like DanTransport (DSV), DB Schenker, Samson Transport (DSV) and Unifeeder.

After finishing a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in IT and marketing in 1992, I began a new chapter of my business career as department and project manager at the former Plus Data (today BluJay). In 2001, I started my own IT Company, Easy Cargo Systems, which I managed for 11 years until I sold it in 2012. The IT related work I have performed has always been in relation to the transport industry which also means that I have a good understanding of the business, as well as profound knowledge of which areas the different companies cover. Thus, I often see the perfect match before anyone else does.

During my career within both transport and IT I have carried out several business deals and furthermore, in connection with the sale of Easy Cargo Systems, I myself have been through the process of selling my “baby”.
